Returns Policy

At Luffas, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you have the right to easily return it according to the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be:

·       Unused and undamaged

·       Returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible

·       Complete, including any accessories

For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned, unless otherwise agreed.

Cost of returns

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense.

These costs may vary per package; for exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the full order amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
